The latest software update adds several free features that are automatically downloaded to your Pixel, so there’s nothing extra to buy to start using them (hardware accessories are separate):

• Recorder with cloud storage and sharing – You can now store your recordings in the cloud and use new sharing options, making it easier to access and distribute meeting notes, interviews, or voice memos.
• Smart Compose for faster replies – When you’re replying to texts, Smart Compose helps you finish sentences more quickly. It suggests context-aware completions so you can respond with fewer taps. Note that this is not available on all messaging apps.
• Bedtime features on Pixel Stand – When your phone is on a Pixel Stand (sold separately), you get new Bedtime notifications and options designed to help you unwind at the end of the day. These features are only available on Pixel phones with wireless charging: Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 4, Pixel 4 XL, and Pixel 5.
• Underwater camera support – With the right third-party dive housing, you can use select Pixel camera features underwater, turning your phone into a capable underwater camera for scuba diving.

• Dive Case Connector app for Google Camera – This app enables the integration between your Pixel camera and the underwater housing controls.
• Supported Kraken Sports housing – You’ll need the KRH04 or KRH03 Kraken Sports Universal Smart Phone Housing (sold separately). These housings are designed for scuba diving and allow you to operate your Pixel underwater.
